Referral Process
We welcome referrals from therapists, primary care providers, OB/GYNs, intensive outpatient programs (IOPs), inpatient behavioral health facilities, rehabilitation programs, and other healthcare partners throughout Texas. Our collaborative approach supports continuity of care and a smooth transition into outpatient psychiatric treatment.
We also welcome referrals for patients transitioning from a higher level of care who need ongoing psychiatric evaluation and medication management.

Submit a Referral
Submit our secure referral form with relevant clinical information, or contact our office for assistance.

Clinical Review & Evaluation
Our psychiatric provider will review the referral and complete an appropriate psychiatric evaluation with the patient.

Ongoing Care & Coordination
When appropriate, an individualized treatment plan is developed, with coordination and communication with the referring provider.
