Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
We begin with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to understand your concerns, symptoms, health history, current medications, previous treatment, and goals for care.

Personalized Treatment Plan
Together, we develop an individualized treatment plan based on your clinical needs and goals. Recommendations may include medication management, education, lifestyle strategies, and coordination with other healthcare professionals when appropriate.

Ongoing Care
Follow-up appointments allow us to monitor your progress, address concerns, and adjust your treatment plan as needed. Telehealth appointments are available for eligible patients located in Texas.
Visit Options & Fees
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation — 60 minutes | $150
A comprehensive evaluation to understand your history, symptoms, concerns, previous treatment, and goals for care.
Medication Management Follow-Up — 30 minutes | $100
Ongoing assessment of symptoms, medications, response to treatment, and treatment-plan adjustments.
Extended Medication Management Follow-Up — 45 minutes | $125
Additional time for more in-depth care, including medication management and supportive therapeutic interventions when clinically appropriate.
Payment & Insurance
Radiant Elite Behavioral Health is currently a self-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards when eligible.
If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, we can provide a superbill upon request that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan and is not guaranteed.
We encourage you to contact your insurance company directly to learn about your out-of-network benefits, deductible, and reimbursement requirements.

How does telehealth work?
Telehealth appointments are conducted through a secure video platform. Patients must be physically located in Texas at the time of their appointment. A reliable internet connection and a private location are recommended.
What are my appointment options?
New psychiatric evaluations and follow-up appointments are available by telehealth for eligible patients located in Texas. Visit length is selected based on the type and complexity of care needed. Scheduling is available through our secure patient portal.
Do you accept insurance?
Radiant Elite Behavioral Health is currently a self-pay practice. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as eligible HSA and FSA cards. Superbills may be provided upon request for patients who wish to seek possible out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance plan.
How do I prepare for my visit?
Please complete your intake forms before your appointment and have an updated list of medications, relevant medical and psychiatric history, and information about previous treatments available. You may also want to make a list of questions or concerns you’d like to discuss.
What if I have a crisis?
Radiant Elite Behavioral Health is an outpatient practice and does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency or believe you may be in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
